01 Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to GoroSolution Storyboard AI. By accessing or using our platform at gorosolution.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
These Terms apply to all users including visitors, free users, and paid subscribers. By creating an account or using any of our services, you confirm you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter this agreement.
02 Description of Services
GoroSolution provides an AI-powered storyboard generation platform. With GoroSolution you can:
- Generate cinematic scene descriptions, image prompts, and video prompts using AI
- Create and manage storyboard projects with multiple scenes
- Generate high-quality images using our proprietary AI pipeline
- Export storyboards as PDF, JSON, ZIP, or plain text
- Access cloud-based project history and auto-save
- Use Image-to-Image generation on paid plans
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time with reasonable notice.
03 Accounts & Registration
Creating an Account
You may sign in using your Google account via OAuth. By doing so, you authorize us to access your basic profile information (name, email, profile picture) as provided by Google.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support [at] gorosolution.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
One Account Per User
You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent credit limits or free tier restrictions. Accounts found in violation may be suspended without prior notice.
04 Plans, Credits & Billing
Plan Types
- Free Plan — Limited daily image generations. No credit card required.
- Basic Plan — Increased monthly credits, HD generation, Img2Img access.
- Pro Plan — Maximum credits, Ultra HD generation, all features unlocked.
Credit System
Credits are consumed per image generated. Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and expire at the end of each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over to the next period.
Two-Phase Generation
Paid plans use a two-phase system: Ultra HD phase (premium AI model) followed by HD Fallback when Ultra HD credits are exhausted. Both phases are included in your plan.
Billing & Refunds
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for partially used billing periods. For billing errors, contact us within 7 days of the charge.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current period.
05 User Content & Ownership
Your Content
You retain full ownership of the story ideas, concepts, and creative inputs you provide. The text prompts you write belong entirely to you.
AI-Generated Output
Images and prompts generated by our AI are provided for your use — personal and commercial — subject to applicable laws and the terms of underlying AI infrastructure providers.
License Grant
By using our platform, you grant GoroSolution a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process your inputs solely to deliver the service. We do not sell your content to third parties or use it to train AI models without your explicit consent.
06 Prohibited Uses
The following uses of GoroSolution are strictly prohibited:
- Generating sexually explicit, violent, hateful, or illegal content
- Creating deepfakes or deceptive media intended to mislead or harm others
- Infringing on any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights
- Accessing systems via bots, scrapers, or unauthorized automated scripts
- Reselling or redistributing our services without written authorization
- Bypassing credit limits, access restrictions, or security measures
- Any use that violates applicable local, national, or international laws
Violations may result in immediate account suspension and legal action where warranted.
07 Intellectual Property
GoroSolution, its name, logo, interface design, codebase, and all related branding are protected intellectual property of GoroSolution. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of our platform without explicit written permission.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to us may be used by GoroSolution without obligation or compensation to you.
08 Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, process, store, and protect your personal information. Your continued use of GoroSolution constitutes acceptance of our privacy practices.
09 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
As-Is Service
GoroSolution is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that AI-generated outputs will meet every specific requirement.
No Guarantee on AI Output
AI-generated content may not always be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your intended use. You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating all generated content before use.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GoroSolution and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities — arising from your use or inability to use the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
10 Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms, abusive behavior toward other users or our team, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. We will provide reasonable notice where possible.
You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us at our contact page. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Stored data may be deleted after a reasonable grace period.
11 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. When significant changes are made, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days in advance of the effective date.
Continued use of GoroSolution following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the service.
