  • Feature usage patterns and session duration
  • Credits consumed and plan activity

  • Pages visited and time spent on each
  • Referring website or source

Payment Information

We do not store your payment card details directly. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners (such as Stripe). We only receive a transaction confirmation and subscription status.

  • Providing the service — Authenticating your account, processing image generation requests, saving your projects, and managing your subscription.
  • Improving GoroSolution — Analyzing usage patterns to fix bugs, optimize performance, and build new features.

  • Billing & account management — Processing payments, managing credit balances, and sending invoices or renewal reminders.
  • Security & fraud prevention — Detecting and preventing unauthorized access, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service.
  • Legal compliance — Meeting our obligations under applicable laws and regulations.

We will never use your data for purposes beyond what is described here without first obtaining your explicit consent.

06 Data Storage & Retention

Your data is stored on secure servers. We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services.

  • Account data — Retained while your account is active and for up to 90 days after deletion.
  • Generated images — Stored for a limited period based on your plan. Free plan images may be auto-deleted after 30 days.
  • Project data — Retained while your account is active. Deleted upon account deletion request.
  • Payment records — Retained for up to 7 years as required by financial regulations.

07 Security

We take the security of your data seriously and implement industry-standard measures to protect it:

  • All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS
  • Passwords are never stored — we use OAuth exclusively for authentication
  • Database access is restricted and monitored
  • Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
  • Automatic threat detection and anomaly monitoring

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
