02 AI-Generated Content

GoroSolution uses artificial intelligence to generate storyboard scenes, image prompts, director notes, camera suggestions, and visual assets. You must be aware of the following important limitations of AI-generated content:

• AI-generated content is probabilistic by nature — outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, factually correct, or appropriate for every use case.
• Generated images and scene descriptions may occasionally contain unintended elements, visual artifacts, or inaccuracies that do not reflect real-world objects, people, or places.
• AI models may produce content that resembles existing copyrighted material. GoroSolution does not guarantee that generated outputs are free from intellectual property claims. Users are solely responsible for verifying and clearing any rights before commercial use.
• Generated content should never be presented as factual documentation, professional advice, or a substitute for human creative judgment.
• AI systems can produce unexpected or inconsistent results across similar prompts. GoroSolution does not warrant identical or reproducible outputs.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and taking accountability for any AI-generated content you use, publish, or distribute through GoroSolution.

03 No Warranty

GoroSolution expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Warranties that any defects or errors will be corrected
• Warranties regarding the quality, accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any generated content

• Damages resulting from third-party actions, including AI infrastructure providers

This limitation applies even if GoroSolution has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if any limited remedy fails of its essential purpose.

05 Accuracy & Errors

While we work hard to maintain the quality of our platform, GoroSolution does not guarantee that:

• All information displayed on the Platform is accurate, current, or free from typographical errors
• AI-generated scene descriptions, prompts, or directorial notes are cinematically or technically correct
• Generated images accurately reflect the described scene, characters, or environment
• Credit counts, billing information, or usage statistics are displayed without delay or error

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice, including after a transaction has been completed.

06 Third-Party Services

GoroSolution integrates with and relies on third-party services including cloud infrastructure providers, AI model providers, payment processors, and analytics tools. We are not responsible for:

• The availability, accuracy, or reliability of any third-party service
• Outages or degraded performance caused by third-party infrastructure
• Changes to third-party policies or terms that may affect our service
• Content or data processed by third-party AI models
• Any security incidents originating from third-party providers

Links or references to third-party websites within our Platform do not constitute endorsement of those sites or their content. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.

GoroSolution does not claim ownership of AI-generated outputs produced through user prompts. However, users acknowledge that:

• AI-generated images and text may inadvertently resemble existing copyrighted works. GoroSolution does not screen outputs for copyright similarity.
• Users are solely responsible for ensuring commercial use of any generated content complies with applicable intellectual property laws in their jurisdiction.
• GoroSolution's own brand assets, interface design, codebase, and proprietary systems are protected intellectual property and may not be copied or reproduced.
• Trademarks, logos, or recognizable likenesses that may appear in AI outputs are not endorsed or licensed by GoroSolution.

09 Service Availability

GoroSolution strives to maintain high availability, but we do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times. The service may be subject to:

• Obtaining any necessary licenses, clearances, or permissions required for commercial use
• The impact of your generated content on third parties, including reputational, legal, or financial impact

GoroSolution reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are found to be generating content that violates our Terms of Service, applicable laws, or third-party rights — without prior notice and without liability.

11 Jurisdiction & Governing Law

This Disclaimer and any disputes arising from your use of GoroSolution shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. GoroSolution makes no representation that the Platform or its content is appropriate or available for use in all locations.
